Rates

Cottage Rates: June 1 - 25  $1300/week;  June 26 - Sept. 3  $1650/week; Sept. 5 - 30  $1300/week.  Shorter stays may be available in early June, late September and months not covered by the above dates.  Please call to inquire about those times and rates.

Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 9.7%.

Occupancy:  Queen and Deluxe Queen Rooms can accommodate up to two (2) people sharing the queen size bed.  We do not have cots or rollaway beds, nor can we permit use of air mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate additional guests due to local codes.  *The Apartment can accommodate up to one (1) additional person, age 5 or older, for an additional charge of $20/night.  We cannot accommodate children under the age of five.

1 Memorial Day Weekend (May 28 - 30) is at the July/August rate and there is a 3-night minimum.

2 Oyster Festival Weekend (Oct. 15 - 17) is at the July/August rate, a 2-night minimum applies and there is a stricter cancellation policy (see below)

3 Thanksgiving Weekend (Nov. 24 - 28) is at the Sept./Oct. rate and there is a 2-night minimum.

 Minimum Stay Requirements: A two night minimum is required for any stay in July & August, for weekends in May, June, September & October and for certain holiday periods and long weekends. A three night minimum may apply for some holiday weekends.

For stays of 2 nights or more, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.  The balance is due on arrival.  For single-night stays we require the full amount be paid at the time of booking.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks, travelers checks and cash.

Policies:

• Check In: Our check-in time begins at 2 p.m., however we ask that guests call or email with an estimated time of arrival in order for us to be able to greet them personally.  In the case of late arrivals or if the innkeeper cannot be here at your time of arrival we will review our self-check in procedure with you so you can get settled in our absence.
  
• Check Out is 11 a.m. Occasionally we are able to accommodate a later check out by prior arrangement, an additional charge may apply.
• Occupancy: Rooms are single or double occupancy and have one (1) queen size bed. *The apartment can accommodate a third person by prior arrangement only; an additional charge of $25/night will apply.
• Children: Our inn is a place for adults to relax and rejuvenate. Rooms in the main house are reserved for those 18 and older. The apartment can accommodate a child over five (5) years of age. In order to comfortably accommodate our guests with and without children, breakfast will be brought to families in the apartment if there is a child younger than ten years.
• Pets: We are sorry, but in consideration of our guests with allergies, we cannot accommodate pets. There are good boarding facilities nearby, if further information is required please contact the innkeepers.
• Parking: The inn has free parking for one (1) car per room. If additional parking spaces are required please contact the innkeeper in advance to make arrangements.
• Cancellations:
  • May-October and Holiday weekends/periods: Guests are responsible for the full amount of their reservation once a room is booked.  For cancellations received seven (7) days or more in advance, deposits will be refunded IF the room can be rebooked. A $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the refund.  If we are unable to rebook the room the guest will be charged for the balance of the reservation including tax.  If the reservation is cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival no refund will be issued even if the room is rebooked.
  • November-April: For cancellations received three days or more in advance, deposits will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than three days in advance forfeit the full amount of the deposit.
  • Oyster Festival Weekend: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The balance of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and, once charged, will also be non-refundable.
  • Cottage: For all cancellations of weekly rentals there is a $100 per week Cancellation Fee.  The balance of the deposit will be returned if the week is rebooked.  In the event that the week is not rebooked the guest is responsible for the full amount of the stay.
