		<description>As I am from the midwest and have a preconceived notion that everything in the east is &#039;close&#039; Once you add in a ferry ride all proximity rules are off! But to have a potential guest call and ask for a recommendation to another property in a specific location seems a bit off. I am sure you were feeling just a tiny bit frustrated while you were holding back the laughs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;d love to see that spot, any suggestion on where I could view it?</description>
